About Our Designs

The photos and pricing on our site are samples of our work that illustrate our designs.  Your order may vary according to your customization requests and available products. In the event certain product(s) are not available that are included in our gift designs, we guarantee we will replace them with items of equal or greater value.

 

About Custom/Themed Designs

Our gift baskets start at $75.00.  Please contact us for details.  A 50% deposit is required before we begin any work.  We can invoice you, take payment over the phone or do a bank transfer for the deposit. The remaining balance is due upon client approval.

Alcoholic Beverages - if you would like to include, beer, wine, etc. you will need to purchase the alcohol and provide it to us.  We would be happy to include it in your design.  Please contact us for additional info.  Gift Baskets with alcohol, etc are only for local delivery, and will not be included in shipped orders.

Chocolates - we will deliver locally but will not ship in warm weather months.

 

About Returns

We apologize but we do not accept returns on our gift baskets.  However, if there is anything you have an issue with, please contact us asap.  We will do our best to make it right.

 

About Delivery

Delivery Areas - Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Spring Valley, The Lakes, Southern Highland, Green Valley Ranch, Paradise Valley, North Las Vegas.  Don't see your area, give us a call.

Deliveries are Monday thru Friday by 5 PM.

Hotel, Business, Hospital deliveries -  $20.00+ Convenience Delivery Fee will apply.

 

Personal Orders, not Hospitality Orders, delivery to a Hotel, Business or Hospital will be left at the Front/Main desk. Once the order is signed for it will be up to the Staff to deliver it to the correct recipient or department.  There is No Refund for an order that was misplaced, damaged or not delivered to or claimed by the recipient(s) or department.

Personal Delivery - if you would like to pick up your gift basket order, arrangements can be made to meet in an outdoor convenient location.  Please call us for details.

 

About Pick Up Items

If you would like us to include your Company's Branded Items to your order, we will be happy to do so for no additional design or labor fee.  Item Pick Up Convenience Fee of $15 will apply on orders below $1000.

 

About Payments

We accept credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

We work with SQUARE and Zelle

 

About Turnaround Times

This depends on the size of the order, gift design, property, season, day of the week, etc. Please contact us for details.

 

About Shipping

Although we are a local company we do offer shipping.  Please contact us for details.

 

Standing Order Program 

We will keep you stocked with gifts on a recurring basis upon request.  Just let us know how many gifts you will need and when you will need them. We will take care of the rest.  If you wish to cancel your Standing Order please provide 30 days notice. 

Group and Event Orders – Bulk discounts available, this depends on size of order, designs, property, etc. Hospitality Orders above $1,000 before tax do not carry a Delivery Fee. Hospitality orders below $1,000 before tax, carry a $20 Delivery Fee. Please contact us for more details.
